Havoc Pork Supreme Winner Commerce Hospitality and Tourism Awards
Waimate's Havoc Pork has been crowned supreme winner at this year's South Canterbury Chamber of Commerce Hospitality and Tourism Awards.
The free-range pork farmers received the top accolade at last night's ceremony. Havoc also took home the local food producer trophy. The win adds to a bumper year for owners Ian and Linda McCallum-Jackson who cleaned up at the Cuisine Magazine artisan food producers competition in February.
