Pear & Walnut Salad

Rocket or Watercress - or both
Fresh Walnut Halves
Smoky Bacon - 2 rashers
2 x firm Pears

Cut the bacon into strips and fry or barbecue until crisp. Cook the finely sliced pears until lightly coloured.
Toss the salad ingredients together and drizzle with Gorgonzola Salad Dressing.
Serve with BBQ Venison.
