Clive and Jenny Bluden from Island Stream Hazels are growers & processors of healthy, delicious & nutritious hazelnuts which are grown and produced locally.
Hazelnuts are a sweet, creamy nut ideal for baking or in salads and other favourite recipes. Tasty to eat straight from the shell, even nicer lightly roasted, and as a special treat try our flavoured varieties, butter or dukkah.

Hazels in shell (available while stocks last) Harvested in March each year, several varieties of hazelnuts. Have fun cracking them yourself! 500g bags.
Raw Kernel Freshly shelled nuts, ready to eat or use. Hazelnuts are cholesterol free and rich in vitamins A, E & B12 and amino acids. 250g packs whole kernel
200g packs split kernel.
Dry Roasted Hazels Lightly roasted in a commercial kitchen to blanch the nut. Eat them as a healthy snack or add to your favourite recipe! 100g packs, 200g economy packs, 40g & 100g snack packs.
Honey Glazed, Spicy Honey Roasted Nuts & other flavours Honey Glazed Hazels or Spicy Honey Roasted Hazels. Watch out for new flavours from time to time.100g packs, 30g snack packs
Hazelnut Butter, A rich hazelnut paste made from lightly roasted hazelnuts unsweetened and totally irresistible.100g jars
Spicy Hazelnut Dukkah Eat as a dip with bread and oil or sprinkle on meat, chicken or fish for the barbeque or veggies to roast in the oven. 50g jars 100g value packs
