Present at the farmer’s market since 2005, we are very proud to offer you:

Traditional French Crepes and Galettes filled with high quality homemade sweet and savoury filling.

Our Galette batter is gluten, wheat, egg, dairy free, and all our filling are gluten free.

Jam selection is low sugar, 200 mls complementary sweet filling (butter scotch, lemon curd and chocolate) and pack of 5 plain crepes is available on site to take away.

We offer a unique experience with our live cooking, as we aim to nourish all senses such as seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling, touching and tasting which make our crepes a special treat.

We attempt to source our ingredients from local supplier (Farmer’s Market) and organic suppliers in harmony with the season’s cycle, as much as possible.

We use only free range eggs and ham (havoc from farmer’s market), and in our food preparation we do not use artificial colorant or preservative.

We endeavor to minimize our impact to the environment, using biodegradable take away plates, boxes, and we encourage our customer to bring their own take away boxes.

Our aim is to make a high quality food with love, that everyone can afford, and make the experience to come at our stall unforgettable.

Our best practice in training and consistency of our product is reflected by the Dunedin City council Environmental Health rating us A in the implementation of the Food Control Plan
