
1 bunch basil
1/3 cup cashew nuts
½ clove garlic
1/3 cup parmesan
½ cup cream cheese
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
Salt
Pepper
In a food processor blend together the basil, parmesan, garlic and cashew nuts until it is a paste consistency
Mix the cream cheese and natural yoghurt until it is just mixed
Season with salt and pepper to taste
