Bay Rd Peanut Butter Mousse with Butler's Fresh Raspberries

2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter (Bay Rd)

1 bottle of well chilled almond mylk (Ronia & Pippi)

2 Tbsp maple syrup

2 Tbsp of chia seeds 

Raspberries to serve (Butler's Berry Farm)


Put almond milk and peanut butter in mixer and mix until well blended, add chia seeds and mix through. Put into individual serving dishes, or into one large serving bowl and pop into the fridge until firm (overnight is ideal).

Serve with a Butler's fresh raspberries. Drizzle a little extra maple syrup over top if desired.
