Blueberry and Cinnamon Kombucha and Strawberry Yoghurt Popsicles (Makes 6 small iceblocks)

Ingredients

Kapowai Blueberry and Cinnamon Kombucha
Blueberries
1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
100g strawberries
½ tbsp honey (optional)

Method

1/3 fill the popsicle moulds with the kombucha and place 3-4 blueberries in each one. Place the popsicles in the freezer and once frozen continue with making the next layer. In a blender place the strawberries, honey (if using) and yoghurt and blend until smooth, pour on top of the kombucha layer of the iceblock and pop the popsicle sticks in. Freeze again until frozen and then enjoy!
