Fennel and plum salad with orange and ginger dressing



6 plums

1 bulb fennel

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1 orange zest and juice

2 tbsp cider vinegar

1.5 tbsp ginger

1 tsp honey

2 tbsp chopped fennel fronds (top of fennel)

Salt & Pepper


Finely slice the plums and fennel bulb and place in a bowl. Grate the ginger and mix with the cider vinegar, honey, zest and orange juice. Add the toasted sesame seeds and fennel fronds to the bowl with dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste
