Honey and Balsamic Glazed Turnips

Ingredients:
1 bunch snowball turnips
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 ½ tbsp balsamic
1 tbsp butter (optional)

Method

Peel and cut the turnips into quarters. Heat a pan on high heat, add some oil and then pan fry the turnips until starting to colour. Add the mustard, honey and balsamic. Turn the heat down and cook until the sauce has reduced and the turnips are tender. If using the butter, shake into the pan to emulsify and coat the turnips at the end of the cooking. Check the seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
