Honey Custard



2 cups Milk (Holy Cow)
4 egg yolks (Agreeable Nature)
3Tbsp Runny Honey (Bennie's Honey)


Beat egg yolks with honey until well mixed but not too frothy.
Heat milk in pan, when hot add to top of double boiler or into a bowl that sits comfortably over a saucepan of water, do not let the bowl touch the simmering water. Slowly add yolk mixture while whisking, keep stirring regularly, keeping mixture smooth over med/low heat until thickens. Remove from the heat, and stir occasionally as it continues to cool.

*Serving Suggestion: Serve by itself or goes well with berries or fruit of choice.
Can serve hot as a pudding on its own with a sugar crust top if desired.
