Honey Glazed Baby Carrots



1 bunch baby carrots (Ettrick Gardens)

2 Tablespoons honey (Blueskin Bay Honey).

2 Tablespoons olive oil (Dunford Grove)

Salt and pepper


  1. Remove the tops from the carrots and give them a scrub with a vegetable brush.
  2. Prepare the glaze buy combining the honey, olive oil and salt and pepper with a fork or whisk.
  3. Heat your BBQ to a medium/low heat and place the carrots on with a drizzle of oil.
  4. Cook until charred spots start appearing on the skin, but softening on the inside. Be sure to turn the carrots frequently.
  5. Once they get to the soft/charred stage. Brush on the prepared glaze and cook for another few minutes. Turning them and glazing as you go.
  6. Serve topped with a little of the carrot tops, chopped finely.
  7. Enjoy
