Janice Leung Hayes is a food writer, and co-founder of creative agency Capsule48 who grew up between Melbourne and Hong Kong. Her written work has appeared in publications such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and South China Morning Post. When not writing and producing, she consults on strategy and communications in sustainability through activations such as food and farmers markets. Between 2012 and 2015 she started and ran Hong Kong's largest urban farmers market.
