Nicola has been a Trustee of OFM since 2014.
After completing a double degree in Law and Political Science, Nicola went on to hold both legal and policy roles within local government and private sectors.
Nicola has a particular interest in local food policy in particular supporting the public access to high quality local food which is one of the primary factors that attracted her to OFM. In 2013 she completed her Culinary Arts Diploma with Distinction in Food Design and Sustainability and during her time in London worked with Sustain: The Alliance for Better Food and Farming. She is a published contributor for New Zealand Organic Magazine on sustainable food farming practices.
In her leisure time Nicola likes nothing more than wandering about the market on a Saturday morning with her husband and wee boy Eli munching on crepes and stocking up for the week.
