
½ Marrow
½ cup fine polenta
½ cup finely grated parmesan
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
1 egg
Sea salt

Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a flat tray with baking paper Lightly beat the egg in a bowl. In another bowl mix together the polenta, parmesan, rosemary and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Cut the marrow in half lengthways and discard the seeds in the middle. Cut the marrow into rectangle chip shapes. Dip the marrow in the egg and then roll in the polenta mix before placing on the lined baking tray
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy with the Aioli as a dipping sauce
