Cooking Demonstration for Saturday 28th of May This week we will not be demonstrating the recipe that was in the Wednesday edition of the Otago Daily Times. Alison is taking a break from the market and David Gillespie from the Otago Polytechnic School of Hospitality will be demonstrating the follwing dishes.
