News from the Easter Market - 17th Apr 2014

This week Alison has a break, while we introduce a new monthly forum at the OFM kitchen. This will take the form of either our vendors discussing aspects of their business to educate us further about the provenance of their produce or product, or the occasional guest speaker speaking on topics that relate to the food industry.

There will not necessarily be a cooking demonstration every time, but, as it happens, this week Kevin Gilbert from Gilberts Fine Food will be showing us how to prepare an EASTER BRUNCH. He will make

  • French Toast
  • Croque Monsieur
  • Pumpkin Pancakes
