Mobile Trading Bylaw Changes - 9th May 2014

In April 2014 the DCC adopted the Mobile Trading and Temporary Stall Bylaw 2014. This came into force on May 5th. The major change to this bylaw that affects the Otago Farmers Market is:

• the removal of the 300 metre trading restriction for mobile traders from fixed premises selling similar goods - the market is considered to be a fixed premise on Saturday mornings.
