Who's in the kitchen this week? Kevin Gilbert from Gilbert's Fine Foods is our chef at the Otago Farmers Market kitchen this week.

Kevin will be demonstrating

Spring carrots with a honey glaze,

and different sauces to serve with little pastries - coffee cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate sauce.
