Vegetarian Week? This time of the year is a great time to celebrate vegetables, so this week, chef Alison Lambert  joins us in the market kitchen to demonstrate her selection of recipes which use no meat:-

GRILLED APRICOTS AND RICOTTA

QUICK PICKLED RED ONIONS OR CUCUMBERS
BEETROOT AND QUINOA SALAD
WET POLENTA, ROASTED VINE TOMATOES, SMASHED BASIL
CHAR GRILLED ZUCCHINIS with LEMON, MINT AND FETA
