Blake is hot off the back of winning a gold medal at the National Culinary Fair in Auckland. He also won an all expenses paid trip to Shanghai to the World Pacific Chef Forum.

This talented young man works as sous chef at the award winning Bracken Restuarant - Dunedin's only 1 hat fine dining establishment.
