This week's chef We welcome Nicola Brown back to the market this week. 

Nicola is the driving force behind Nibl - Nature's Ingredients Brought to Life, - and uses a lot of plant-based food (and particularly raw food) in her cooking. She discovered that this type of food in her family’s diet brought about many benefits in terms of health, energy and vitality, and so set up her web page and blog to share her passion and knowledge.
