Saturday Market 23rd April Another busy Saturday at the Otago Farmers Market. A lot of people came out to enjoy the autumn weather, with a few people travelling from Christchurch to get away for the weekend.

Tomatoes are in season at the market as well as carrots, silver beets and parsnips. Not much remains of the stone fruit as we move towards the winter months.

A busy day in the Mobile Kitchen for Market Chef Alison Lambert this weekend Alison demonstrated the following recipes.
