Otago Farmers Market Cooking Demonstration for the 26th May 2012 - 25th May 2012

Potato Salad with dill mayonnaise and crispy bacon Alison is taking a well deserved break this weekend. Julie Feary-Law from the Otago Polytechnic and some students will be demonstrating how to cook the following dishes.

Pea, ham and white bean soup
Garlic Croutons
Potato Salad with dill mayonnaise and crispy bacon
Chicken Ballottine with cherry stuffing and cranberry sauce.
