In the market kitchen this Saturday Sandra is demonstrating again this Saturday. Ourr vendors have made their usual stunning array of product available for her to turn into delectable goodness.

On the menu is - 

Salade Niçoise,
Grilled stuffed pita/bread,
Lamb pinchos with mojo sauce,
Spanish style salad, 
and Vanilla French toast with raspberries and toffee butter sauce.

This week Sandra will be joined by Adam, our new market chef, before he flies solo next Saturday.
