Rhubarb is ready and Sandra features this versatile fruit at her cooking demonstration this Saturday.

Shredded cabbage, mint and hazelnut salad,
Pork tenderloin with Riesling poached rhubarb, 
and Rhubarb, mascarpone and hazelnut tart(lets)

are  all on the menu this week.
