Sandra chefs Sandra is our chef again this Saturday at the Otago Farmers Market, and this week she is using an interesting mix of the wonderful ingredients available at the market.
 
For example –

SAUERKRAUT, CINNAMON AND APPLE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING,
APPLE, SAGE AND CHEDDAR BISCUITS,
HAM, APPLE, SAUERKRAUT AND CHEESE QUESADILLA,
GRILLED FISH WITH STRAWBERRY SALSA AND BABY NEW POTATOES,
and HAM AND SAUERKRAUT BALLS all feature this week
