This week in the market kitchen Adam is our chef again this Saturday. He had a great time at his first "solo" demo last week, and this week he has come up with some more wonderful ways of using our vendors' brilliant products. Make the most of our wonderful asparagus - the season is so short.

Asparagus and potato frittata, 
Asparagus pesto, 
Herby rice noodle salad, and
Rhubarb upside down cake  - are all on the menu this week.
