This week's chef This Saturday at the market we welcome Adam Doesburg, our new market chef. Adam brings a fresh approach to the kitchen, and, in his own words " is excited to be working with such a talented, passionate and dedicated group of food enthusiasts and looks forward to meeting market regulars and visitors alike over the coming months."

This week the menu features

Crunchy cauliflower and cheese fritters,
Sesame tempura asparagus with dipping sauce,
Crostini with hot-smoked salmon and horseradish cream,
Thai-inspired porkballs in broth,
Romanesque leek pizzas,
and No-fuss tiramisu
