This week's chef Join Alison again this week as she brightens up our patch of dull weather with her interesting and tasty ideas.

On the menu this week is -

PICKLED PORK,
POTATO AND LEEK ROSTI , 
WHOLE ROAST CAULIFLOWER WITH FENNEL AND LEMON,
and ROAST PEAR AND KALE SALAD


Alison is using the pork in a pide sandwich.
