~Farmers Market Special - Hazelnut, Coffee & Kombucha~
Heidi tried to make coffee kombucha once, and it was a complete failure! It's definitely on the list of things to try again but, in the meantime, we've discovered that infusing coffee beans into a tea-based kombucha imparts a lovely coffee flavour, while retaining all of the freshness and lightness of a traditional tea kombucha. For the special this week, we've also added some Hazelnut and Vanilla extracts to round out the flavour and give a lovely, smooth finish. Available both in bottles and on tap. ~Kombucha on Tap (BYO Bottle)~
This week we will have two different versions of our Reishi Chai kombucha on tap. We're trying to nail down the recipe before we introduce this as a standard flavour, and would really appreciate your feedback. We'll also have Hazelnut, Coffee & Vanilla kombucha available as another option.
