Some people ask me, how do we eat the fermented vegetables, and what do we do with them?
Well, you can include them in sandwiches, pita, taco, burger…..
Just have some on the side of your plate and mix with the food you are eating, as a condiment.
You can also cook with it, but you lose some of the good nutrients in the cooking process.
I love to have a piece of toast or crackers with some vegan cheese, avocado or dip with a bit on top.
You can also put it in your burger, it brings some sparkles in your mouth!
I cook tempeh burgers at the market, and you can put some of my fermented vegetable in it.
I have a new batch of fermented with some lemongrass, quite incredible check it out!
