This Week at the Market

31st October 2020

Hi there

Guess what!  The weekend has come around again fast for those that had a short week & it just gets better!  Your old favourites Palmerston Asparagus are making their first appearance back for the asparagus season AND Nigel from Oamaru Organic's will be back with mainly jersey bennes this week, but will have more variety of produce in the coming weeks as the growing season kicks in.  Ettrick Gardens are taking a rare, well deserved lie-in on Saturday, so remember to bring plenty of CASH with you for your purchases around the market, all the while listening to the Logan Park High School Jazz Band, always a hit at the market.  Also, we welcome chef Andrea Reid-Wilson to to the market kitchen this weekend, tempting us with summery, delicious light dishes, so between her & Elizabeth the kitchen should be busy most weeks showcasing the best of Otago produce.  Kate is away happily tramping I hope & will be back next week.

See you at the market.

Kind regards

Michele

Assistant Manager
