I will be off from market next Saturday, so make sure you have plenty of what you need this week.
Sauerkraut and kimchi are available all year round, and I use the same recipe, but the other fermented vegetables are seasonal and when my batch is finished, there will be another one totally different so you are welcome to try them each time you come.
