Seasons and Changes

May 15th 2019

Hi there

IMG_20170617_113754.jpg

I guess it was only a matter of time before the temperatures plummeted and we all got a wakeup call that we are heading towards the end of May. After all the shortest day is only a month away. Hard to believe when we  have been enjoying 20 degree temperatures!

Sadly chef Kate is leaving the market so we are on the lookout for a new market chef/inspired home cook to work in our mobile kitchen  three times a month. This is an exciting role that showcases our wonderful vendor’s produce. If you know of someone or are keen to give it a go please contact me to discuss.

See you Saturday

Kate

This Week in the kitchen

We're looking forward to having Chef Narelle Stewart back in our market kitchen this coming Saturday! The weekend might be a bit rainy, but Narelle has plenty of warm and healthy options for you to savour over a nice chat. As always, she will have copies of the recipes there at the market, but if you can't wait until then, hop on over to the recipe page on our website for a browse!
