The Pane Ora team is made up of 2 surfers (both chefs by trade) and a skater (and excellent baker) – Sam, Jed & Pietro. They share a strong connection with the moana and the whenua of Aotearoa and New Zealand, and are often witnessing the effects humanity has on ao tūroa, our natural world. As lovers of food, they aspire to use their passion to join the kaitaki (guardians) of Aotearoa in creating a cleaner, more sustainable, and harmonious future.
Pane Ora produces gluten-free products such as bread loaves, sourdough loaves, pastries, focaccias, burger buns, pizza bases, and other products of the kind. They use mostly organic ingredients and also local providers where possible. Their bakery is located in St Kilda and supplies many businesses in Dunedin and the whole South Island.
