Piri Piri Chicken

(Serves 4).

500gms of chicken stir fry (breast or thighs pieces) (Dunedin Poultry)

1 jar piri piri sauce (Port Larder)

Drizzle of oil


Place 500gms of chicken chopped into smallish pieces or use chicken thighs or chicken drums into a casserole dish.  Pour over a cup of Port Larder piri piri sauce and drizzle with oil. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 mins until chicken is cooked.
