Raw Snickers Slice

Raw , Vegan



15 dates – soaked and drained

1 cup coconut thread

¼ cup raw cacao

½ cup coconut flour

1 cup coconut oil

¾ cup oats


1 cup (Bay Road) crunchy peanut butter

½ cup coconut oil

½ cup rice malt syrup


½ cup coconut oil

¼ cup raw cacao

2 TBS rice malt syrup


  1. Place all base ingredients in a food processor and blitz until well combined.
  2. Press into a lined slice tin and place in the fridge.
  3. Melt together all of the filling ingredients on a medium/low heat, being careful not to overheat.
  4. Pour on top of the base.
  5. Melt together the topping ingredients on medium/low heat, and pour over the filling.
  6. Allow to set in the fridge for at least two hours. Preferably overnight.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
