Smoked Kelp Seasoned Purple Kale Chips

2 cups of purple kale – de-stalked and cut into desired chip size (Oamaru Organics)

¼ cup olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked kelp seasoning (Wild Larder)


  1. Place prepared purple kale in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil and seasoning until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius (fan-forced).
  3. Lay the kale chips in a single layer on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until dry and crunchy but not browned.
