Sumac Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • ½ head cauliflower (Oamaru Organics)
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 Tablespoons sumac
  • 2 Tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a large baking dish.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into its natural formed florets.
  3. Toss in a large bowl with the coconut oil, sumac, paprika and salt.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until soft through and browned.
