Founded by hunter Joe Ruka, Wild Larder produces a unique range of traditionally smoked wild meats, salamis and sustainable kai moana. 

Using the time honoured craft of charcuterie, the team combine wild foods with nature’s aromatics including horopito and kawakawa. These small batch handcrafted products are then gently smoked for many hours over woods such as manuka, rimu and pohutukawa to impart the distinctive flavours of New Zealand's native forests.
