600g White Fresh Fish
1Tbsp Zahtar seasoning mix (or 1tsp per 150g piece fish)
2Tbsp Ground Almond (or 1 ½ tsp per 150g piece fish)
Approx 1Tbsp Olive Oil
Mix together Zahtar mix and ground almonds with enough oil to make into a soft paste that will hold together.
Clean and prepare fish pieces Evenly coat the top of each piece of fish (not the skin side if any) with the seasoning paste, pressing gently to form a solid layer
Cook fish in a medium heat pan in a little oil until cooked about half way through, remove from heat and place pan under the grill (medium heat) until the crust has cooked and browned.
